WHICH PLAN IS BEST FOR ME?

Use OPTION 1 when you know how long you will need temporary health coverage.

With OPTION 12 you can continue your coverage month-to-month, for up to 12 months with monthly billing.

Blue Shield Short Term Health offers coverage for up to 365 days to those that qualify for either Option 1 or Option 12.  It uses a Blue Shield Affiliate Provider network which can be found at the link above.   The plan is a reimbursement program; this means if you incur claims during the period of coverage, you would then submit them to the claims department and will be reimbursed accordingly after you have reached your deductible.  There is one deductible that covers all claims, including hospital, doctor’s visits, pharmacy, etc.  See brochure or call for more details.

“I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your service!  Every time I had a question…you responded quickly.  That kind of service is rare these days.  You’re the only one I would ever use to get healthcare coverage.”
